Honoured to be a part of the G100 Mental Health Wing

Earlier this year I was honoured to be invited to join the G100 Mental Health Wing as the Truro City Chair for the UK, under the ALL Ladies League - a global network of women leaders working together across 100 sectors to advance wellbeing, equality, and positive change.

I’ve never done this work for titles or recognition. My work has always been about people, real conversations, nervous system understanding, trauma-aware support, and creating spaces where humans feel safe, seen, and not rushed through their own experiences.

But to have the heart of my work acknowledged in an international network like this has meant more than I imagined.

My ongoing commitment to mental health

This role aligns beautifully with the work I already do every day: supporting people through emotional healing, reconnecting them with their inner strength, and helping them feel understood rather than overwhelmed.

Mental health advocacy has always felt less like a job and more like a calling. A promise, really, to hold space with compassion, to avoid rushing people through their pain, and to continue learning, listening, and evolving.

This work is never done alone.
Every conversation, every workshop, every shared moment of insight or relief becomes part of something bigger.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue:
✨ creating spaces where people feel truly seen
✨ offering emotional safety and nervous-system-informed support
✨ building community around honest connection
✨ contributing positively to local and global mental health conversations

So thank you 2025, and here’s to a 2026 with more compassion, more community, and more human ways of supporting one another. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
